Refund policy

At The Banarasi Shop, every saree is thoroughly quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns are accepted only in the rare case of physical damage during transit.

Eligibility Conditions:

• A clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory (video must start before opening the package and should have no pauses or edits).

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Our team will verify the issue based on the unboxing video.
Requests without a proper opening video or raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.
